Rules for all participants
All conference participants must be registered.
Only registered authors can participate in conferences and present their papers.
If the registered author is absent, another co-author in his/her status can replace it.
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register and present so that it can be published in the Proceedings and included in the Technical Program.
Students must provide proof of their status with a copy of their student card or a copy of their Certificate from the Head of the College.

Authors with more than one accepted paper must pay only an "Extra Paper Charge" of 50 € for each extra paper.

Flexible options for all registered authors
In case of hesitation to travel during Year 2026, the ASCIC Organizing Committee has developed flexible presentation modes.
If an author registers but is unable to physically attend: The paper will still be published, and proceedings will be made available. Non-attendance will not negatively impact publication.
